Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Stolen Packages  
Kellssmells.com is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

Damaged Items  
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can assist you.
