Due to the nature of fragrance decants and hygiene-related products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns unless an item arrives damaged or broken during shipping.

Damaged or Broken Items  
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or leaking, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of:
- The damaged product  
- The packaging  
- The shipping label

Once the damage is verified, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on product availability.

Non-Refundable Situations  
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Buyer’s remorse  
- Fragrance preference or dislike of scent  
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer  
- Minor cosmetic imperfections to bottles or packaging  
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
